Prairie Horizon Townhomes
Prairie Horizons Townhomes: 1, 2, 3, or 4-bedroom townhomes located in South Moorhead. Project based Housing Choice Voucher with supportive services provided on site. To be eligible a household must:
- Be currently residing in an emergency shelter or place not meant for habitation and;
- Have a verifiable disabling condition and;
- Meet the definition of Long-Term Homeless (according to the State of MN definition): "The State of Minnesota defines an individual, unaccompanied youth, or family as “Long-Term Homeless” if they are without a home for a year or more OR have had at least four (4) episodes of homelessness in the past three (3) years." and;
- Be assessed by CARES as being high priority.
