The Fieldcrest Townhomes consist of 40 townhomes located in Moorhead, MN. There are 20 two-bedroom units (990 square feet) and 20 three-bedroom units (1200 square feet). Applicant must meet required eligibility guidelines to live in subsidized housing. Qualified tenants pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent. Tenants pay their own utilities.The Fieldcrest Townhomes feature:
