Clay County HRA has 24 three and four-bedroom duplexes. Your family must include at least 3 and no more than 8 household members who reside with you. Applicants must meet Clay County HRA’s required eligibility guidelines to live in these units.
Eight of these units are located in Dilworth, twelve in Hawley and four in Ulen, Minnesota.

- Rents range from $1,080 to $1,200 for 3 bedroom units and $1,300-$1,450 for 4 bedroom units.
- All utilities are included
- Stove, refrigerator, and range hood
- Single car garages
Clay County HRA requires that all applicants:
- Have a good rental history over the most recent 36 month period
- Meet criminal background screening requirements
- Earn 80% or less of area median income per year (For example, for a family of 4 the 80% income limit is $73,050 in 2021).
