Clay County HRA has 24 three and four-bedroom duplexes. Your family must include at least 3 and no more than 8 household members who reside with you. Applicants must meet Clay County HRA’s required eligibility guidelines to live in these units.

- Have a good rental history over the most recent 36-month period.
- Meet criminal background screening requirements.
- Earn 80% or less of area median income per year.
