HRA of Clay County Notice of Public Hearings

Public Hearing: The Clay County HRA will hold two public meetings to allow public review and comment on its 2026 Annual Plan and proposed changes to its policies, including the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan. The public hearings shall take place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 9:35 a.m., and on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., at the main office of the Clay County HRA, 116 Center Ave E, Dilworth, MN. All interested parties, including HRA tenants and recipients of Housing Choice Vouchers and other housing assistance, are encouraged to attend. Written comments also will be accepted. The proposed changes and plans are available for review at the HRA office by appointment, 116 Center Ave E, Dilworth, MN.
